Signature Prints ties up with Knots Rugs to launch hand-knotted Florence Broadhurst rugs

Signature Prints is delighted to announce that it has given Knots Rugs in London the exclusive contract to produce Florence Broadhurst rugs for sale in the UK and Europe, to be launched at 100% Design in London in late September.

The Florence Broadhurst rugs are hand-knotted in Nepal, using pure Tibetan wool and silk to highlight and contrast the fantastic designs. These floor rugs are great carriers of design, as well as being high fashion items.

Knots Rugs has 100 years of rug heritage and a highly successful flagship store in Battersea, and is now working with Signature Prints following a meeting at the Decorex trade show in London in 2005.

The owner of Knots Rugs, Bonnie Sutton, has over the past two years built her showroom on the firm foundations set by both her father’s and her grandfather’s expertise. Adding her own modern twist to the family passion for high quality, handmade rugs, Knots now sells even more contemporary designs than the traditional and antique rugs she also stocks.

Signature Prints CEO David Lennie says:

There is no more appropriate a medium than edgy design show 100% Design for a newly licensed range of hand-knotted floor rugs in Florence Broadhurst designs to be launched. The Florence Broadhurst designs available as hand-knotted rugs are: Aubrey, Horses Stampede, Japanese Bamboo, Egrets, Japanese Floral, Floral 300, Peacock Feathers, Curly Swirls, Kabuki, Florentine Tapestry, Fruit Vine, Fingers, Turnabouts, Tortoise Shell Stripe, Japanese Fans, Circles & Squares.

Seven of these will be on show at 100% Design.
