Sydney's hottest new nightclub uses Florence Broadhurst wallpaper from Signature Prints.

When Ladylux, the hottest new night club in Sydney, Australia, opened in October it made a huge impact - most of its walls are papered with Florentine Tapestry wallpaper from Signature Prints.

Full of intimate lounges and alcoves, the red print on silver metallic wallpaper complements the rest of the furnishings, including an amazing buttoned white leather wall. And the ladies restrooms are an amazing confection of mirrors and stainless steel.

The manager of the club, Martin O'Sullivan, first heard about the Florence Broadhurst designs from his fashion-designer girlfriend. Then when he visited the Signature Prints showroom, studio and factory and talked to marketing director Helen Lennie about his vision for Ladylux, he found a kindred spirit:

"She hit the nail on the head, she supplied us with exactly what we were looking for. She listened to what we wanted to do, she understood the look and gave us help and direction in getting there."

After the first meeting many strike-offs were done and the designs and colours played with until Ladylux got exactly what they wanted.

Helen Lennie loves working with such fun clients:

"What I loved about working with these guys is that they didn't just want to do a feature wall - they wanted it everywhere! And as clients they are very relaxed and a lot of fun - very, very cruisy."
