2. Each design shown is subject to copyright. The creation of any similar design which includes reproduction of substantial part of the design shown in the collection (measured by quality not quantity), without the permission of Signature Prints, will be an infringement of the copyright in the original.
3. Signature Prints Pty Ltd has a section of recommend hangers in Australia. These hangers are not Signature Prints employees. Whilst every step has been taken to ensure these preferred hangers perform outstanding work Signature Prints can not accept responsibility for their work.

Trading Terms – for web site

Introduction

We, Signature Prints Pty Ltd, sell products and goods on these terms. If you place an order on our website, or by phone, or email, or from our Showroom, these terms will apply.
Consumer Customers Only: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Business Customers Only: These terms supersede any previous oral, written or email agreement, but liability for fraudulent or grossly negligent misrepresentation is not excluded. Any variations to these terms must be agreed in writing (but not by email).

Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation on custom orders where production has been commenced.

Delivery

Delivery is not included in the published price of goods, it is an additional cost. we will explain your options when accepting a telephone, fax or email order. We may substitute another method from time to time, however, it will not cause any delays or be more costly, and it will be secure.

Transfer of Ownership

The goods belong to us until we have received payment in cleared funds, and the terms of the “Romalpa Clause” apply as per our invoices.

Product Liability

Signature Prints’ liability for any defect or claim is limited to the value of invoice only. Claims are not liable after paper/fabric has been cut, or any other treatment has been applied to the paper/fabric.

Returning Goods

Faulty Merchandise Only.
Faulty returns will only be accepted on uncut rolls, within 7 days of invoice. It is purchaser’s responsibility to check goods, including if delivered directly to a third party.
